Attention Snap Benefits

Congress voted in December as part of the latest COVID-19 relief package to temporarily increase SNAP benefits. Beginning in February, SNAP households will see a 15 percent increase in their regular benefits issuance. For example, a household of four receiving maximum benefits would normally receive $680. However, with the 15 percent increase, the household will now receive $782. This temporary boost will run through June 30, 2021. • For more information: bit.ly/PennSNAP• Apply for benefits: www.compass.state.pa.us
