- Orange or lemon juice
- Whipped cream
Peel banana. Holding banana curving upward, remove the top ¼ layer using a sharp knife. With a small melon scooper, make a shallow, elongated groove to hold the other fruits. Spritz the banana with orange or lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Fill banana with assorted fruits. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
